Problem: Training, nutrition and progress were scattered across several apps and notes.
Idea: One app for the entire training routine — including training buddies who push each other.
Build: Native Swift & SwiftUI, our own backend, a real push system, an AI-assisted plan generator.
Status: TestFlight beta — used daily by us and our testers.
Learned: App Store processes, push certificates, running an app across versions — experience that flows into every client project.
